POP YOGA

Ancient Moves to a Modern Soundtrack

POPYOGA is a choreographed, flowing practice set to a killer themed soundtrack. Themes change monthly, though the sequences are dynamically refreshed throughout the month.

WHAT YOU NEED: Comfortable, loose clothing or active wear. A yoga mat is suggested, and space to turn it from a long alignment to a wide alignment. Yoga blocks and straps are optional but can be very helpful with the sequencing of some themes.

RELAX YOGA

Unwind, slow down, and restore

Gentle, floor-based stretches and postures for deep release. This restorative class uses longer-held poses, deep breathing, and soothing sounds to actively slow the nervous system and calm the body.

WHAT YOU NEED: Comfortable, loose clothing. A yoga mat is suggested, although this class can be easily practiced on a comfortable floor. A yoga strap and blocks are optional, but can be very helpful to get better alignment out of poses.

YOGA STRENGTH

Power. Precision. Bootcamp Flow.

Built spontaneously in a ‘yoga bootcamp’ style, expect more challenging poses, intense core drills, and advanced movement patterns.

WHAT YOU NEED: Comfortable active wear. A yoga mat is suggested, and it may need to be turned from long to wide alignment.

GUIDED MEDITATION

Settle the body, calm the breath, and still the mind

The GUIDED MEDITATION program systematically alternates: one week features Yoga Nidra, while the following week explores a different form of guided meditation.

WHAT YOU NEED: Loose, comfortable clothing. This class can be completed on a yoga mat, on a comfortable floor, or on a chair. The opening stretches are floor-based, and yoga blocks and straps can be incorporated here if you have them. With less movement than the other class styles, this class is suitable for comfortable headphones.
