POP YOGA uses a musical metronome to sharpen stamina, precision, and flow — building strength and endurance through rhythm-driven yoga sequences.

The essential counter-balance to a high-performance life. A deliberate down-tempo practice that restores the nervous system and refines movement quality.

A yoga bootcamp to develop stability, control, and resilience using bodyweight only. Faster tempos, stronger options, not for the faint-hearted!

Stillness training that improves focus, breath awareness, and mental clarity. I use guided visualisation and breathwork to lower the "noise" of the modern world.

In the theatre, the Green Room is where the ensemble gathers to prepare and reflect. At the AJYOGA Academy, it is a private backstage — reserved exclusively for members. You'll find the Replay Cinema, concierge bookings for live classes, and the ever-expanding resources of the Article Library.

As a teacher, I treat every class I teach with the same forethought I put into producing a full-scale musical.
Rather than random classes, the AJYOGA Method functions as an integrated training system.
Each week blends strength, endurance, recovery, and stillness so students develop balanced progress across the entire body and mind.
