Online Yoga Classes — Frequently Asked Questions

Starting something new can raise a few practical questions.
Here are clear answers to help you understand how the AJYOGA Academy works — from live classes to the Replay Cinema.

Academy Access

How does the Academy Access subscription work?
Think of the subscription as your All-Access Backstage Pass. For $15.00 per week, you get unlimited access to every live class on the schedule, plus entry to the Green Room — including the Replay Cinema and technique resources. Subscriptions renew automatically, but there are no lock-in contracts — you manage your own cues.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. If you need a short break, just email me and I can place your membership on hold. Pauses are usually set in 1–4 week blocks, with up to 8 weeks total per calendar year. Longer pauses may be possible by arrangement.
Is there a refund or trial period?
Yes. Every new member is covered by my 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you join and decide the Academy is not the right fit, you can cancel within your first 7 days and receive a full refund of your first payment.
What happens after I join?
Once you join, your membership activates straight away. You can enter the Green Room, explore the Replay Cinema, and start booking live classes from the weekly Call-Sheet. You will also receive a short welcome sequence to help you settle into the studio and find your best starting point.

Technology & Privacy

What time zone are classes held in?
All live sessions are orchestrated from Melbourne, Australia (AEDT/AEST). International students can use the time-zone converter on the Call-Sheet to translate showtimes to local time.
How do I join a live class?
You can book a one-off class via the Schedule and you will receive a confirmation link by email. Classes are held on Zoom, so it helps to have your free Zoom account installed and updated before showtime. As a subscriber, you can join live classes directly from the Green Room.
Do I need to have my camera on?
Entirely optional. I love seeing your movement where helpful so I can offer live technique cues, but there is zero pressure to be seen. Your comfort is my priority.
Are classes recorded?
Yes — select sessions are recorded for the Replay Cinema. I record the Stage only. Participants are never recorded.
Can teenagers join the classes?
The Academy is primarily designed for adults. Teenagers may participate with parental consent and supervision where appropriate.

The Program

Are these online yoga classes beginner-friendly?
Yes. Every class is designed with options so beginners can build safely while experienced students can progress.
What styles/classes are included?
POP YOGA, RELAX YOGA, YOGA STRENGTH, and GUIDED MEDITATION.
How long are the classes?
Most live sessions run for 45 minutes.
What if I miss a live class?
No stress. You can continue training through the Replay Cinema.
Do I need to be flexible to join?
Not at all. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement to begin.
What if I have an injury or need to take it gently?
You are encouraged to work within your capacity and take gentler options when needed. If unsure, consult a qualified health professional before participating.
What gear do I need?
A yoga mat and enough space to move. Blocks and a strap are helpful but optional.
