This information may be used if needed to manage membership accounts or communicate about classes.

If you contact AJYOGA through the website we may collect:

3. Payments

Payments for AJYOGA memberships are securely processed through Stripe.

AJYOGA does not store credit card or payment card details.

Stripe manages payment security and payment data according to its own privacy and security policies.

4. How Your Information Is Used

AJYOGA uses personal information to:

• create and manage member accounts

• process memberships and payments

• deliver live online yoga classes

• provide access to the Green Room replay library

• send important schedule updates and announcements

Where live class cameras are enabled as an option, students may choose whether or not to appear on camera, subject to the class format and any current studio guidance.

9. Class Recordings

Some AJYOGA classes may be recorded to create the Replay Cinema inside the AJYOGA Green Room.

Important:

• Recordings capture the instructor feed only

• Participants are never recorded

Replay recordings are available only to AJYOGA Academy members and are not publicly accessible.

10. Children and Young Participants

AJYOGA classes are designed primarily for adults.

Participants under 18 may attend classes with parental consent and supervision.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that participation is safe and appropriate for the minor.

11. Data Storage and Security

AJYOGA takes reasonable steps to protect personal information.

Data may be securely stored or processed through trusted service providers including:

• OfferingTree

• Stripe

• Zoom

• MailerLite or other email service providers where used

Each of these services maintains its own privacy and security protections.

12. Accessing or Updating Your Information

You may request to:

• unsubscribe from communications
