2. Information We Collect

AJYOGA collects only the information necessary to operate the Academy, manage memberships, and communicate with students.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account or join AJYOGA Academy we may collect:

• Name

• Email address

• Account login information

2.2 Optional Member Information

Members may optionally provide:

• Phone number

• Mailing address

This information may be used if needed to manage membership accounts or communicate about classes.

2.3 Website Contact Forms

If you contact AJYOGA through the website we may collect:

• Name

• Email address

• Message content

3. Payments

Payments for AJYOGA memberships are securely processed through Stripe.

AJYOGA does not store credit card or payment card details.

Stripe manages payment security and payment data according to its own privacy and security policies.

4. How Your Information Is Used

AJYOGA uses personal information to:

• create and manage member accounts

• process memberships and payments

• deliver live online yoga classes

• provide access to the Green Room replay library

• send important schedule updates and announcements

• respond to enquiries

• improve the website and student experience

AJYOGA does not sell or trade personal information.

5. Email Communications

Members may receive emails relating to:

• weekly schedules

• Academy announcements

• class updates

• important service notifications

• membership administration

AJYOGA may also offer non-member newsletter communications where a user has chosen to subscribe.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

Operational or service-related communications may still be sent where necessary to administer an account or service.

6. Analytics and Advertising

AJYOGA uses the following tools to understand how people find and use the website, and to measure the results of advertising:

• Google Analytics (GA4) records how visitors use the website, such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions taken, including completing a membership purchase.

• Google Ads uses conversion information from Google Analytics to measure which ads lead to new memberships.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) records page visits, the start of checkout, and completed membership purchases, including the purchase value. Meta may use this information to measure ad performance and to show AJYOGA ads to people who have visited the website.

These tools collect information through cookies and similar technologies, including identifiers linked to your browser or device and your IP address. AJYOGA does not pass your name, email address or payment details to Google or Meta through these tools.

You can opt out at any time:

• Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

• Google ads personalisation: manage your settings in My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com).

• Meta ads personalisation: manage your Ad Preferences in your Facebook or Instagram Accounts Centre.

• All tools: block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

7. Cookies

AJYOGA's website uses cookies and similar small data files to maintain login sessions, keep the website working correctly, analyse website traffic, and measure advertising (see section 6). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some website functions, such as staying logged in, may be affected.

8. Online Classes and Platforms

Live AJYOGA classes may be delivered through platforms such as Zoom and the AJYOGA membership platform.

Participants may join classes using their own devices.

Where live class cameras are enabled as an option, students may choose whether or not to appear on camera, subject to the class format and any current studio guidance.

9. Class Recordings

Some AJYOGA classes may be recorded to create the Replay Cinema inside the AJYOGA Green Room.

Important:

• Recordings capture the instructor feed only

• Participants are never recorded

Replay recordings are available only to AJYOGA Academy members and are not publicly accessible.

10. Children and Young Participants

AJYOGA classes are designed primarily for adults.

Participants under 18 may attend classes with parental consent and supervision.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that participation is safe and appropriate for the minor.

11. Data Storage and Security

AJYOGA takes reasonable steps to protect personal information. Data may be stored or processed by trusted service providers, including OfferingTree, Stripe, Zoom, MailerLite, Google and Meta. Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Each provider maintains its own privacy and security protections.

12. Accessing or Updating Your Information

You may request to:

• access your personal information

• update your account information

• delete your account

• unsubscribe from communications

13. Policy Updates

AJYOGA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
