AJYOGA Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AJYOGA website and AJYOGA Academy membership platform.

By accessing the website, joining AJYOGA Academy, or participating in AJYOGA classes, you agree to these terms.

1. About AJYOGA Academy

AJYOGA Academy is a live online yoga studio delivering professionally directed classes, on-demand recorded content, and related learning resources across four disciplines: POP YOGA, RELAX YOGA, YOGA STRENGTH, and GUIDED MEDITATION.

2. Use of the Website

You may access the AJYOGA website for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, or republish website content without permission

• attempt to access restricted areas of the website without authorisation

• use the website in any way that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the service

3. AJYOGA Academy Membership

AJYOGA Academy membership provides access to:

• unlimited live online classes across all four AJYOGA disciplines

• Replay Cinema on-demand library

•the Green Room, including the Article Library, supporting resources and the weekly Academy Briefing.

Membership access is personal and may not be shared.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

4. Membership & Billing

AJYOGA Academy operates on a recurring membership model.

• Membership fees are billed on a weekly basis

• By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing until cancellation

• Access to services continues while membership remains active

Membership is managed through the Offering Tree platform. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

AJYOGA does not store credit card details directly.

5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new memberships include a 7-day no-risk guarantee.

• Member may cancel within 7 days of joining and receive a full refund

• No questions asked

• After the 7-day poeriod, standard billing applies unless otherwise required by Auystralian consumer law.

6. Pausing Membership

Memberships may be paused under the following conditions:

• pause requests must be submitted via email to the Director

• pauses are available in blocks of 1 to 4 weeks

• maximum total pause allowance is 8 weeks per calendar year

• extended pauses may be granted at the Director's discretion on a case by case basis

During a pause:

• access to the Academy is suspended

• billing is suspended

• the members is removed from the weekly Academy Briefing

7. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time.

• members must request cancellation directly, through their member portal or by contacting the Director

• access continues until the end of the current billing period

• no further charges apply after cancellation

AJYOGA does not operate on lock-in contracts. The Academy is designed to earn ongoing membership, not retain it through difficult exit terms.

8. Online Classes

AJYOGA classes are delivered online via Zoom and the OfferingTree membership platform.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have:

• adequate space to practise safely

• a stable internet connection

• suitable equipment where needed

• a safe home practice environment

Participation in classes is voluntary and subject to the Health and Participation Policy and Waiver below.

9. Class Recordings and Replay Cinema

AJYOGA classes may be recorded for the purpose of the Replay Cinema, a members-only on-demand library within the AJYOGA Green Room.

• recordings capture the instructor feed only

• participants are never recorded

• Replay Cinema content is accessible to active members only

• recordings are not publicly available

10. Intellectual Property

All AJYOGA content is the intellectual property of AJYOGA unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

• class content and teaching methods

• the AJYOGA method and all associated disciplines including POP YOGA

• written materials and Article Library content

• video recordings and Replay Cinema content

• branding, naming, and visual identity

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or teach from this material without prior written permission from the Director.

Personal use for your own practice is permitted.

11. Community Conduct

AJYOGA Academy maintains a respectful and supportive learning environment for all participants.

Members and participants agree to:

• engage respectfully with the instructor and other participants

• refrain from disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour during live sessions or in any AJYOGA communication channel

• use AJYOGA platforms for their intended purpose only

AJYOGA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if behaviour is found to be inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the community.

12. Limitation of Liability

Participation in AJYOGA services involves physical movement and exercise.

By participating, you accept responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AJYOGA is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur through participation in online classes, use of recorded content, or related services.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to Services

AJYOGA may update class schedules, platform features, or offerings from time to time.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of significant changes. Where practical, notification will be made via the weekly Academy Briefing or direct email to active members.

14. Changes to These Terms

AJYOGA may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

The latest version will be published through AJYOGA channels and/or website policy pages.

Continued use of the website or Academy after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

I acknowledge that we are on the traditional lands of the Kulin Nation. I offer my respect to the Elders of these traditional lands, and through them to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples past, present and emerging.
